Golden Eagle should offer better customer service and accurate responses to the BBB. ![]() * My order for Type 1 coins was delivered on Requests were ignored by customer service Order and am fine with end of July shipment * I did order Type 2 coins via a second separate July delivery but has absolutely nothing to do * Type 2 of this coin was on Pre-Sale for end of * This order was not a Pre-Sale as Type 1 2021Īvailable for shipping at the time of order I am sorry to hear Golden Eagle has completely misrepresented the facts of my complaint.Ģ021 Silver Eagle 2021 PCGS MS70 Type 1 First I have attached screenshots of the invoices. ![]() We are fine refunding or waiting for the coins to be released by the US Mint but we can't ship them because they arent out yet. Short of that we are at a stalemate.Ĭustomer bought preorder products scheduled to ship at the end of July. In that case we would expect all of our merchandise to be returned. I am not sure what the customer would like other than a full refund. After much dialogue, we weren't able to reach an understanding beyond that. We have instructed the customer to return all items purchased from us for full refund. GECE support STILL does NOT reply to emails! I cannot close this complaint due to the new issues AND CONTINUED issues! EVERY ORDER I HAVE PLACED HAS AT LEAST ONE ISSUE! I await resolution to these NEW issues AND answers to my questions and concerns via email. ![]() I STILL have NOT received what I originally ordered in expected condition as described by GECE. GECE continues to make mistakes with my orders and send items that do NOT match item description, missing items AND send damaged/wrong items. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I am still awaiting resolution to all of the issues!Ĭustomer received incorrect items. I haven't had a order that hasn't had MULTIPLE issues. Lies! NO ONE CALLED! I called prior to their store closing and was put on hold but the operator 3 minutes later hung up on me! How UNPROFESSIONAL! Attempted to call back and they are now closed! This is what FRAUDULENT businesses like Golden Eagle Coin do - ACT LIKE SCAMMERS AND DON'T RESOLVE ISSUES! All of these problems are UNACCEPTABLE for a reputable company! I attempted to get this resolved over email, but GEC IGNORES their emails! I waited 6 days without a reply! I called, was told they would investigate and they would call back the same business day. The third set, one coin was out of the capsule getting thrown around in the box! And the last set this company sent ANOTHER WRONG ITEM THAT WAS NOT ORDERED! This company had a habitual problem of replacing items WITHOUT NOTIFYING OR ASKING THEIR CUSTOMER! These are NOT mistakes, they are doing this on purpose! On 9/25/22, I ordered 5 different ASE silver proof coin sets. On the same order, I ordered "Isle Of Man Tenth Ounce Gold Angel" coin and GEC packer scratched out Isle of man and wrote "Gibraltar". GEC sent a "2018 silver reverse proof Maple Bison privy" coin. On 9/20/22, I ordered a "2018 Silver Incuse Maple Leaf Uncirculated" coin. Business is continuously NOT sending items that are ordered and replacing with different items WITHOUT CUSTOMER APPROVAL! This business also doesn't answer emails! ![]()
